Privacy Without
Losing Context
AI that understands your context without exposing your sensitive information.
Detect, review, and anonymize sensitive information before it reaches any AI model.
AI assistants are incredibly useful, but many people hesitate
You might be working with sensitive information. The common workaround is manually removing details before sending a prompt. This is time-consuming, easy to forget, and often removes important context that helps AI provide better responses.
This app was built to solve that problem. Instead of forcing you to choose between privacy and useful AI responses, we use semantic placeholders that preserve meaning while reducing exposure of sensitive information.
Original: John Smith from Chicago emailed me at john@acme.com.
Anonymized: [PERSON_1] from [LOCATION_1] emailed me at [EMAIL_1].
Placeholders remain consistent throughout a conversation, allowing the model to preserve relationships and context across multiple messages.
Redaction destroys context.
Placeholders preserve it.

That is the core innovation. You don't have to choose between privacy and useful AI responses. Semantic placeholders give you both.
Privacy in five steps
Write
Type your message naturally, including any sensitive information.
Analyze
Privacy mode scans your text for personal data like emails, phone numbers, and keys.
Review
You see exactly what was detected and can accept, reject, or adjust anonymizations.
Send
Only the anonymized version with semantic placeholders is sent to the AI model.
Rehydrate
The AI response is restored locally in your browser so everything reads naturally.
See it in action

This demo simulates the privacy analysis flow. In the actual app, you review and approve every anonymizations before sending.
What happens to your data
Your data flows through a chain designed for privacy at every step.

Different by design
You should know where your data goes
Every tool should be able to explain what it stores, what it transmits, and who sees it.
Stored in Your Browser
- API Keys
- Chat Sessions
- Placeholder Mappings
- Redacted / Rehydrated Responses
- User Preferences
These are stored locally in your browser and are not synced to any servers.
Leaves Your Device
Privacy Analysis Service
Message text for PII detection — processed in-memory, discarded immediately. No logs, no storage.
AI Provider
Placeholder-anonymized message only. No original detected entities are ever transmitted.
Privacy is a process, not a promise. No automated detection system is perfect. Privacy detection may miss sensitive information. Review detected entities before sending. The final decision about what is shared remains in your control.
